✍️ Welcome to the Fantasy Football Scout Bulletin - everything you need to know the day before the GW27 FPL deadline!
➡️ Still fresh from Gameweek 26’s action, we have a very quick turnaround because FPL managers need to lock in their teams by 18:00 GMT on Tuesday, though we at Scout are still finding time to squeeze in some essential reading.
Headlines from the weekend included Bryan Mbeumo’s haul and another goal for Beto, as Evanilson returned to the Bournemouth squad after injury. It wasn’t the same for Erling Haaland, staying absent as Mohamed Salah brought joy to those keeping their Assistant Manager chip on Arne Slot.

✍️ THE SCOUT REPORT
Still fresh from Gameweek 26’s action, we have a very quick turnaround because FPL managers need to lock in their teams by 18:00 GMT on Tuesday, though we at Scout are still finding time to squeeze in some essential reading.
Then again, almost 127,000 used theirs on Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner and successfully grabbed 20 points versus a Fulham outfit that began the Gameweek at least five places higher. He’s also eligible for a table bonus at home to Aston Villa, who could be missing Morgan Rogers. It’d give the latter’s owners a reason to sell, following six consecutive blanks. At least he didn’t pick up a ninth yellow card, though.
Elsewhere, Wolves pulled off an impressive win at Bournemouth, where Matheus Cunha netted for the third time in a row. Both sides have great upcoming fixtures and Pro Pundit Zophar likes both the Brazilian and Jarrod Bowen, scorer of West Ham’s winner at Arsenal. He also advises managers to stick with Cole Palmer for home matches against Southampton and Leicester – games so appealing that a differential like Pedro Neto could reap rewards.
As well as regular weekly coverage of the Fantasy EFL game, we’ve got Captain Sensible and The Great and the Good before the deadline, plus the latest opinions of FPL General.
