A MANAGER MASSACRE

FPL managers are sweating on the fitness of Erling Haaland as Saturday’s 11:00 BST deadline looms. The Norwegian missed last weekend’s comprehensive 4-1 win over Liverpool with a groin injury, but has since been spotted in training at Manchester City’s Etihad campus. While we await Pep Guardiola’s Friday afternoon press conference, we’ve looked at how he’s previously been managed after injury, assessing his expected Gameweek 30 minutes with the help of the community.

With some great fixtures and two Double Gameweeks still to come before the end of the season, interest at Man City isn’t limited to Haaland. Lateriser has looked at their best options in his excellent weekly column, while John Stones and Jack Grealish have caught Tom Freeman’s eye. Fellow Pro Pundit Zophar also touched on Guardiola’s troops in his Q&A. However, it’s worth noting Man City will blank in Gameweek 32, but is that the best time to use the Free Hit chip?
