✍️ THE SCOUT REPORT
After a Gameweek 34 full of huge FPL scores comes another double, this time coinciding with heavy Wildcard usage among the community. To help, we’ve produced thorough guides on the best goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and forwards for these final weeks.
Both they and this week’s Scout Squad feature names like Alexander Isak, Andre Onana, Pedro Porro and Nicolas Jackson – the latter having successfully reached the threshold for avoiding a two-match suspension, should his tenth yellow arrive.
Naturally, in such a popular week for the chip, Pro Pundits have been sharing their Wildcard drafts. Simon March’s 15 is purely a triple-up from five teams that play twice in Gameweek 37, opting against any of the non-doublers we think might be worth owning from Arsenal, Liverpool and Everton.
Pras currently picks the same front eight but keeps faith in centre-back Gabriel, whilst Lateriser has two Spurs midfielders with a plan to soon buy Kevin De Bruyne. Elsewhere, FPL General returns to his regular squad after a successful Free Hit and Tom’s trio of differentials include Rasmus Hojlund.
Still to come before Saturday morning’s deadline is the latest Great and the Good, plus Captain Sensible, Zophar’s Q&A and a look at the next Fantasy Challenge, which gives double points to the five London sides about to play in a derby. Additionally, it’s time for the quarter-finals of our FFS Members Cup.
As always, check out the Gameweek 35 page to quickly access all recent articles, plus the standard press conference updates from managers. Visit our Members Area for comparison tools and an in-depth collection of Opta data.
Over on our YouTube channel, alongside the usual Scoutcast and Burning Questions episodes is General’s Orders and his 59th Minute podcast. There’s also Joe’s big Wildcard guide.
